We all experience it and talk about being sick. It doesn’t feel good in the world. Most of us usually say, ‘I’m great!’ or ‘I’m sick’. Instead of using the same old boring expressions, you can use the following idioms to sound more like a native. These expressions can also make it easier for us to express ourselves. • Clean bill of health: Report showing that a person is healthy.

• Fit as a fiddle: Excellent state of health.

• In the pink of health: In very good health.

• Under the weather: means that slowly unwell or in low spirits.
